Our baby plates are very easy to clean. Most are dishwasher safe (top rack), but hand washing with warm soapy water is also effective. Avoid abrasive sponges that could scratch the surfaces. Dry the plate thoroughly, especially the suction cups, to maintain their effectiveness.
Suction plates are very effective at limiting messes, but no system is foolproof against a determined baby! To maximize adhesion, make sure the table surface is clean and flat.
